1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Train with us in our private studio gym located in south Gold Coast.

We will develop a personalized training plan tailored to you and your goals, utilizing periodization techniques to allow you to progress as efficiently as possible.

​

Over the course of your program, we will share the knowledge we've acquired in our years of experience. The ultimate goal is to equip you with the information , skills & habits required to lead a healthy life. This is something you can carry along with you well after the program has been complete.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Our small group classes are a hybrid between personal training and group fitness. With a maximum class size of 4, you will receive dedicated guidance from your coach which will allow you to make true progress.

​

The sessions are focused on building a balanced, strong physique that not only looks amazing, but is also the key to your health and longevity.

​

We also have limited capacity for our 'mum & bubs' class, which includes child minding on site with Meg who is an experienced child care worked.
